your home is photoshoot ready, I promise
When I mention the possibility of doing an at-home session to families I'm often met with hesitation and a lot of concerns:
"My home isn't Pinterest worthy."
"Our house is too old."
"There's not much natural light/"
"We want to renovate"
"The place is never clean."
"It's a kid zone over here."
But let me tell you something. THAT is the beauty of it. Your home is your home... in all it's imperfections. And a loving home is often a lived in home and that's perfect. Plus, I'm quite good at finding cute little corners with interesting light that make for magical moments.
Still don't believe me... when I mentioned an at home session to this return client, she was intrigued because they felt very attached to their first home, but were very concerned about how it would photograph.
